I’m Audrey Evans, founder of The Audrey Evans Group, a purpose-driven real estate platform rooted in luxury service, entrepreneurial vision, and a deep appreciation for place. My career began early — becoming one of the youngest licensed realtors in Utah — and has since spanned high-level real estate, business development, international work, and community leadership.

 

From Park City to Salt Lake City, and across my years living and working in Peru, I’ve developed a global perspective on how people live, invest, and build meaningful lives through real estate. I’ve worked alongside entrepreneurs, developers, high-net-worth clients, and first-time buyers alike — always with the same guiding principle: real estate should support the life you’re building, not just the transaction you’re closing.

 

My approach blends white-glove service with heart-centered advocacy. I specialize in working with clients navigating life transitions — including seniors, women in transition, and values-driven buyers — offering clarity, discretion, and strategic guidance every step of the way.
